This
breathtaking Villa was completed in 2001,l and
overlooks the Pacific Ocean, and name BUENA VIDA
meaning the "The Good Life!" The Villa offers over
10,700 feet of indoor living space & 6,500 outdoor
living space which makes this ideal for large
groups. Six of the nine bedrooms are built to
master suite standards, each with private marble
bathrooms and spectacular ocean views. The seventh
bedroom is located on the main level and currently
also serves as a private office. The last two
bedrooms share their own private kitchen, living
room, dining room and laundry. Every bedroom has a
TV with satellite reception, air-conditioning and
its own unique decoration theme. Beds include 9
Queen beds, 1 twin, and 1 queen sofa sleeper. All
rooms other than the bedrooms are situated on the
main level, including the living room with 14 foot
ceilings, TV room, entertainment room with pool
table and foosball, formal dinning room with seating
for 12. There is a gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero
and Viking appliances, large pantry, wine cellar and
laundry room.
The entire house has marble
floors both indoors and outdoors, and is beautifully
furnished and lusciously landscaped including main
level cascading water falls.
